Automatic stop of card in the event of jamming during the carding process.
Cylinder axle is fitted to barrel by means of taper sleeve & screw. These help to fit the keys at both ends to eliminate possible wear & tear at axle and sleeve. Operator can easily open the axle, if it is needed.
Drawing & delivery roller are driven by duplex chain to eliminate train of intermediate spur wheels and studs to save energy as well as number of parts.
Drawing and drawing pressing roller brackets are kept separate from each other for easy maintenance work and to reduce down time and manpower requirements. The card manufactured by some other reputed organization is total assembly of drawing, drawing pressing, bearing & housing & end mounting brackets are required to be dismantled down by chain pulley block for necessary maintenance, which is time consuming and involves more manpower.
Strippers are driven by single hexagonal belt form pulley end.
Cylinder and shrouding plate jamming eliminated by installing cylinder ring in cylinder to avoid frequent break down of carding machine.
The diameter of all rollers except cylinder and doffer are same.
All rollers of the machine are mounted on antifriction sealed bearing and balanced for smooth running of card and minimum power consumption.
Slip conductor is so designed that it may be folded out during cleaning.
All rollers cover is designed to fold within, so that they need not to be opened down during cleaning operation.
The jute card has drive through motor to machine with centrifugal clutch pulley system. Other carding machines have drive via counter pulley attachment system which requires regular maintenance.
